ILBCF scholarship applications accepted March 1-May 31. Every year since 2002, the ILBCF has given over $60,000 in scholarships. Last year, we were able to increase our commitment to providing over $100,000 in scholarships. Due to the generosity of our funders, we will be able to keep this commitment.
